Step 1- SELF-ASSESSMENT FOR CAREER EXPLORATION comprises seven modules leading you through activities, videos, and reflection. You will identify key components of yourself related to the world of work. This course will lay a foundation for self-exploration, so no prior knowledge is required (though we will provide great hints for incorporating any additional career exploration you've already completed). At the end of the seven modules, you will be able to: 1. Describe the changing World of Work 2. Articulate your Natural Talents and how these will benefit future endeavors 3. Explain your Interests and corresponding future career opportunities 4. Apply your unique Characteristics to current and future scenarios 5. Determine some of their priorities, or Heart, and deal breakers for your future 6. Consider your possible future options through the lens of your preferred Environment 7.
